Conveyor Roller Bearings

08th August 2022

Conveyor roller bearings press into the ends of conveyor rollers and allow the rollers to rotate smoothly on their axles during conveying tasks. When the bearings in conveyor rollers become worn or damaged, they can cause the roller to seize up, which can lead to conveyor downtime or malfunction. Replace worn or damaged conveyor roller bearings with new bearings to extend the life of the roller and avoid the cost of replacing the entire roller. Conveyor roller bearings can also be used to upgrade the bearings in a conveyor roller in order to optimize the roller's performance in specific environments or applications.

General purpose conveyor roller bearings have loose tolerances and spin freely. Also known as unground, stamped, or commercial bearings, they are good for replacing bearings in rollers on unpowered (gravity-flow) conveyors that require rollers to start moving when a small amount of force is applied. These conveyor roller bearings press into the ends of conveyor rollers and allow the rollers to rotate smoothly on their axles during conveying tasks.
