Conveyor classification
According to the drive mode, it can be divided into two categories: gravity drive and power drive;

Roller: Also known as idler or roller; it is formed by installing bearings at both ends of the cut pipe. The rollers can be divided into straight type and conical type according to the shape. Linear type is used for linear roller conveyors, and conical type is used for rounded angle roller conveyors. According to the application, the rollers can be made of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, resin and other materials.
Roller conveyors are divided into two categories according to the driving method: gravity (driven) roller conveyors and power (driven) roller conveyors.
Gravity roller conveyor is a machine that continuously transports items by its own weight. Strictly speaking, when the conveyor is in an inclined state, it uses its own weight to transport the items. When the conveyor is in a horizontal state, it does not rely on gravity, but through manual labor. or other external force to move the item. The advantages of gravity roller conveyor are that it does not need power, simple structure, low maintenance cost, low price and easy change of layout. But there are also the following problems:
Since items are moved by their own weight on an inclined roller conveyor, the longer the conveyor, the faster the moving speed is due to the acceleration;
Heavy items move fast, and light items move slowly or not. When the light and heavy items are transported by the roller conveyor at the same time, and the weight of the commercial items is quite different, the items will collide due to the difference in the moving speed, causing the items to be damaged or detached from the roller table;
Because the carton is easy to absorb moisture and get damp, even if the inclined angle of the roller conveyor is certain, the problem of time-shifting and stopping of items will occur due to the humidity change in the rainy or dry season; the design inclination of the gravity roller conveyor is expressed by the self-moving inclination. , and its value will change slightly with the temperature and humidity of the goods being transported and the ground state and the temperature and humidity of the outside world. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain the correct value.
